But my favorite tool is MBTI, personality types system.

I like this system because it is the most researched. And in my opinion - the most practical. Although it has its own limitations, as any concept.

MBTI gives great reflection of personality type, individual’s strengths and vulnerabilities, stress/pressure reactions, typical stress triggers, preferred communication style, people leadership, teamwork, learning and conflict styles. MBTI provides easy to use system for real life situations. And I like practical concepts.
